This malevolence has no place in a modern, civilized world, with every available means of communication at our disposal. It is the kind of cowardly, medieval behavior that brought us the embarrassment of the dark ages with dictators, dungeons, torture and unmitigated abuses of power all sanctioned by one mythical god/government or another. Our government is paying for, supplying, training, and/or actively participating in this outrage in several parts of the globe (Africa, Ukraine, and Israel to name a few). I was raised to believe in democracy, honesty, integrity, human rights and dignity in government and at home. I have recently learned of innumerable instances of the abuse of all of those dear values by our government's covert actions since WWII. Our "government" does not operate covertly to keep its secrets from the "enemy." I believe it does it to keep its secret crimes against humanity from the people who pay with their tax money, their posterity and their very souls. It is never right to kill a child. There is no excuse, ever. Do not give your money or consent to this. Divest from military stocks and tell your representatives to sit at the table and talk until peace is reached. Killing is no longer an option. Period.
