31 DECEMBER—A New Year’s greeting arrived this morning from a friend in New Askar refugee camp, in the West Bank governorate of Nablus. It’s a powerful message of hope, and I publish it below with permission and of necessity anonymously.
I can think of no better way to send our yearend best wishes to our subscribers and readers. May each of us do our very best by whatever means at our disposal, however great or small the effort, to make peace a reality in the land of Palestine in 2026.
